Yes, community members can use the Learning Commons at Dallas College. The Learning Commons at Dallas College are open to the public (Excluding El Centro Campus), and members of the community can access the Computer Lab using a guest login.
To borrow Materials such as books, magazines, or newspapers, community members will need a Texshare card.
